Being a project manager for an electrical company.

Spend time with family and read books.

Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal at a bar — I know they would be hilarious and give me a good laugh!
What is Dallas-Fort Worth’s best-kept secret?
The Dallas Arboretum is always a peaceful place, and if you’re into outdoor adventures, the Trinity Trails are wonderful.
What do you love most about the industry?
The people — it’s always about the people. Helping them move to the next chapter is my favorite part.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
Experience, education and directness. I listen to their needs — my job is to find the perfect property.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Educating sellers on the current market and appraisals.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Be yourself, market yourself, and show your value.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
I walked inside the home for a scheduling showing and found a man sleeping in the bedroom.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
Some people may not know that I grew up around general contracting. I worked with USG, and construction and buildings have been a part of my life long before I became a real estate advisor.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Cabo. It’s beautiful and the food is amazing!
What is your favorite city after Dallas-Fort Worth?
Any city on the beach somewhere!

Get educated and know that the market is always changing.
