Toll Brothers Apartment Living celebrated the grand opening of Peregrine, a 364-unit luxury multifamily community in Irving.

Located at 6001 Love Drive, the development includes a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom residences. Units feature quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, oversized closets and smart-home technology. Select units also have private patios or balconies.

Residents have access to amenities including a lounge, fitness center, yoga and spin studio, pool and courtyard, coworking suites, dog park and pet spa.
