Toll Brothers will construct a new-home community within the Landmark master-planned community in Denton.

Set to open next spring, Toll Brothers at Landmark will feature one- and two-story home designs for 60-foot lots with three to six bedrooms, 2.5 to 6.5 bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages. Pricing will start in the low $700,000s.

“We are thrilled to introduce Toll Brothers at Landmark, where home shoppers can enjoy a luxurious lifestyle in a prime Denton location,” Jay Saunders, division president of Toll Brothers in Dallas-Fort Worth, said in a press release.

Landmark amenities include a range of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics learning parks. Plans for the MPC also include onsite schools.
