Trophy Signature Homes followed the opening of the Lone Oak community in Alvarado with the announcement of Nicholson Ranch, a new master-planned community in Lavon.

The builder is offering eight floor plans at Lone Oak, with three to five bedrooms and two to three bedrooms. Pricing ranges from $279,990 to $353,990.
“We’re excited to open Lone Oak here in Alvarado,” Chris Wicker, president of Trophy Signature Homes’ DFW division, said in a press release. “For individuals and families who are tired of paying rent or are just ready for the next phase of life and homeownership, Lone Oak offers a change to own a modern, energy-efficient home just outside of the bustle of Fort Worth.”
Lone Oak amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, playground, fire pits and open green spaces.

Nicholson Ranch
Meanwhile, Trophy Signature Homes’ new community, Nicholson Ranch, will feature 1,635 lots ranging from 40 to 50 feet wide. Eight phases of development are planned.
The builder’s offerings at Nicholson Ranch will include options from its Texas Tree, Trophy, and Victory collections.
“Nicholson Ranch is all about making it easy for first-time buyers and young families to find a place they love, right here in Lavon, one of the hottest and fastest-growing spots in North Texas,” Wicker said.
Planned amenities include a pool, event lawn, playground, pickleball court, basketball court and walking trails.
