Tradition Homes joins Furst Ranch, breaks ground on model home

Tradition Homes will build on 8-foot lots at Furst Ranch (via Tradition Homes).

Tradition Homes was added to the builder lineup at Furst Ranch, a master-planned community from Starwood Land in Argyle.

The project is the builder’s first in Argyle, expanding outside of its existing construction in Prosper, Celina and Colleyville.

Tradition is building on 80-foot homesites in Furst Ranch’s High Plains neighborhood. Offerings include one- and two-story floor plans, with transitional, modern and farmhouse exterior architecture options available.

Home sales will likely start this summer, with pricing starting at $1.2 million.

“Tradition Homes is honored to build in Furst Ranch and to enter the Argyle community,” President and CEO Zach Schneider said in a press release. “Furst Ranch offers the combination of schools, lot sizes and long-term planning that aligns with what our buyers are looking for.”

Future phases of development will include more homes from Tradition, as well as one- and two-acre homesites in the community’s Cross Timbers neighborhood, debuting in 2028.

Builders already active in Furst Ranch include Ashton Woods, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Partners in Building, Shaddock Homes and Toll Brothers.
