Toll Brothers will build a new-home community, Enclave at Hickory Hill, in Argyle. Development is underway, with sales slated to begin this fall.
The builder will offer one- and two-story floor plans for four to five bedrooms, 3.5 to six bathrooms and three- to four-car garages. Pricing will start at $1.7 million.

Enclave at Hickory Hill is zoned to Argyle Independent School District.
