Austin-based Sprout Realty ERA Powered acquired 24Fifteen Realty. The Dallas brokerage, which includes two offices and nearly 100 agents, will now operate as 24Fifteen ERA Powered.

24Fifteen will remain under the leadership of Designated Supervisor and Branch Manager Kenny Conoley, who co-founded the boutique brokerage in 2018.

Sprout Realty ERA Powered plans to use the acquisition to establish a presence in Dallas-Fort Worth, said Founder Cody Cooper.
