Will Koberg and his team, Koberg Real Estate Group, are now affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate @properties Lone Star.

The Frisco-based team, which includes Noelle Schilling, Chris Champion, Jayla Carter, Shimon Woods, Rachel Jorgenson and Ana Catan, closed over $42 million in 2025 across 41 transactions.

Koberg Real Estate Group will join Christie’s Lone Star’s Frisco office, led by CEO and Principal Jerry Mooty Jr. and Regional Vice President Bill Greenwald. The office is home to the brokerage’s Sports & Entertainment, Land & Ranch, Development Services and Corporate Relocation divisions.
