At the heart of MetroTex’s future is the North Texas Young Professionals Network, a community built to develop leaders, cultivate connections and strengthen the voice of emerging Realtors within our association.
As the 2026 chair of NTYPN, I have the privilege of seeing firsthand how powerful this network can be. NTYPN is more than a networking group. It is a leadership pipeline. It is where professionals step beyond daily transactions and into service, advocacy and influence. It is where new ideas are encouraged, mentorship is cultivated and the next generation of association leaders begins to take shape.
That is why the MetroTex 40 Under 40 recognition is so meaningful.
40 Under 40
Each year, 40 Under 40 highlights professionals who exemplify what NTYPN stands for: leadership defined not by tenure, but by impact. The 2025 MetroTex 40 Under 40 winners represent more than production milestones. They represent vision. They represent service. They represent a generation of Realtors who understand that success in today’s market requires adaptability, innovation and a commitment to professionalism.
Young professionals bring a distinct energy to our association. We are digital natives navigating a technology-driven marketplace. We are leaders who recognize that relationships, not transactions, are the true foundation of long-term success.
Most importantly, we understand that leadership is not something you wait for. It is something you step into.
As our industry continues to evolve, from market shifts to technological transformation, emerging professionals consistently bring strong technical fluency, a collaborative mindset and a commitment to relationship-driven business practices that strengthen our association.
We are often the first to test new systems, explore new marketing strategies and adapt to changing consumer expectations. That willingness to innovate strengthens not only our individual businesses, but MetroTex as a whole.
NTYPN’s commitment to leadership extends beyond recognition and networking. In 2026, we are launching a three-part education forum series, AI × The Human Advantage: The Elite REALTOR® Edge.
The theme is simple: AI increases efficiency. Humans build trust. The professionals who win will know how to do both.
This strategic series is designed to help Realtors build smarter systems while strengthening credibility and human connection. Session one guides attendees in creating a custom AI assistant tailored to their workflow. Session two focuses on grounding AI in accurate, reliable information to enhance trust and authority. Session three connects those systems to strategic time leverage and challenges professionals to use the time AI creates to deepen relationships and expand influence. Participants will leave with a functional workflow they can implement immediately in their client experience.
It’s another example of how NTYPN prepares emerging leaders not just to keep pace with change, but to lead it.
40 Forward
Networking with young professionals is also a focus at MetroTex.
On Feb. 26, NTYPN proudly hosted 40 Forward, a complimentary networking event that brought together our 40 Under 40 winners and NTYPN leadership for a morning of meaningful connection and insight. Attendees heard from a panel of former honorees who shared candid reflections on how recognition created new opportunities for service, influence and long-term leadership within MetroTex.
40 Forward was more than an event — it was a statement about who we are as a network. It reinforced that NTYPN is committed to cultivating what comes next. The conversations that morning centered on mentorship, accountability and stepping confidently into greater roles of responsibility within the association.
Leadership grows in rooms filled with conversation, collaboration and shared experience. 40 Forward exemplified that belief. It demonstrated how NTYPN continues to create spaces where emerging leaders can challenge one another, support one another and rise together.
The future of MetroTex depends on professionals willing to raise their hands, share their voices and commit to service beyond self. The 2025 MetroTex 40 Under 40 winners have already demonstrated that they are ready.
We are honored to stand alongside these young professionals as they continue to lead, innovate and shape the future of our profession. Their drive, integrity and commitment inspire us all.
The future of MetroTex is not somewhere down the road. Through NTYPN, it is already here.
