LGI Homes opened Edmonds Ranch, a community of move-in-ready homes in Seagoville.

The builder is offering 100 homes priced from the low-$300,000s. Floor plans range from 1,602 to 2,733 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to 2.5 bathrooms and attached two-car garages.

“We’re thrilled to announce LGI Homes’ return to Seagoville with the grand opening of Edmonds Ranch,” Area Sales Manager James England said in a press release. “With a great lineup of stunning brick homes and six thoughtfully designed floor plans to choose from, we’re confident there’s a home here for everyone.”

Planned community amenities include a park.
