Developer Brian Banner began sales for 17 homesites at Sanctuary Point, a luxury new-home development on Lake Lewisville in Oak Point.

Pricing for one-acre homesites starts at $550,000. Compass agent Angela Downes is serving as the marketing partner for the development.

“Sanctuary Point was envisioned as a true retreat where luxury, land and lifestyle intersect,” Downes said in a press release. “It offers a level of space, serenity and customization that is increasingly rare in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, while still providing effortless access to the region’s business, dining and cultural centers.”

Homes within the community will be framed using cold-formed steel from Steel IQ. Grace Homebuilding Co. has reserved a lot to build a spec home.

Community amenities will include propane service from Northwest Propane.
