The Onyx Realty Group, a 55-agent team led by Tasha Penson, Destanie Okwumabua, Orlanda Powell and Keith Stone, joined The Real Brokerage. The team was formerly affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Best SW.

With a client base across the southwest Dallas metro area, Onyx closed over 1,250 transactions in the past four years with a volume of $490 million.

“I’ve always believed this business is about more than transactions. It’s about people, relationships and building lasting wealth,” Penson said in a press release. “As we step into this next chapter, transitioning our team to Real allows us to align with a model that supports collaboration, innovation and agent ownership.”

Team leaders have more than 60 years of combined real estate experience, including real estate investing.
