Dallas-Fort Worth-area real estate agent Maninderpal “Paul” Singh was named on the National Association of REALTORS®’ 30 Under 30, an annual ranking honoring promising young real estate professionals.

Singh, a 28-year-old agent with JP & Associates REALTORS® in Mansfield, achieved a sales volume of nearly $16 million across 27 transactions.

Winners were selected by judges from a pool of 280 applicants.

“The 30 who emerged are thriving for many of the same reasons agents and brokers have always succeeded,” NAR wrote in a news release. “They are committed to creating the best possible experience for buyers and sellers.”
