Van Alstyne-based brokerage Crew Real Estate is now affiliated with Century 21 Real Estate and will operate as Century 21 Crew.

Founder and Broker-Owner Billy Medlock, who started his brokerage in 2022, plans to continue expansion by pursuing additional mergers and acquisitions, according to a press release.
