SERHANT. has launched operations in Texas, joining forces with 13 founding agents and six independent brokerages across Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio.
The move follows SERHANT.’s recent entrance into the California and Boston markets under the leadership of Ryan Serhant, founder and CEO of SERHANT. and star of Netflix’s real estate reality series, “Owning Manhattan.”
With the goal of national expansion, Serhant touted the role of AI and technology in the company’s business model.

Susana Sarvis, managing director and broker of record, will lead SERHANT. Texas out of the firm’s Houston office. Sarvis most recently served as vice president of brokerage operations at Real Brokerage.
