Currently, there are more than 150 homes in the Villages of Hurricane Creek, with an additional estimated 100 homes planned.

Mattamy Homes introduced 40-foot homesites and three new floor plans in its new phase for the Villages of Hurricane Creek, located west of U.S. 75.

Including the three new layouts, Alford, Hamilton II and Bonhill, there are 10 available floor plans, each designed with first-time homebuyers in mind.

Currently, there are more than 150 homes in the Villages of Hurricane Creek, with an additional estimated 100 homes planned. With anticipated competition by 2029, the full community is expected to accommodate 1,300 homes.

“Anna continues to be a strong market for families and first-time buyers looking for value, space and connectivity,” said John Kuntz, division president of Mattamy Homes’ Dallas Division. “With this new phase, we’re giving buyers more choice and more ways to get into a home, while still delivering the quality and community experience Mattamy is known for.”

Amenities include walking and biking trails, a clubhouse, a pool, a community garden, parks and scenic ponds, with future plans of approximately 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, an elementary school and a fire station.
