Mattamy Homes opened two staged model homes at The Bridges at Preston Crossings, a resort-style community located within The Bridges Golf Club in Gunter.

Models feature the builder’s Buchanan and Livingston models. Six additional floorplans are available, all for 50-foot homesites, with options ranging from 1,800 square feet to 2,568 square feet. Designs feature up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with available upgrades including fireplaces, covered patios and flex rooms.
Pricing starts in the mid-$300,000s.
“We’re eager to show off our two model homes and their stunning interior designs,” John Kuntz, president of Mattamy Homes’ Dallas division, said in a press release. “We’re especially excited to offer new homes in such a prized area and with remarkably affordable pricing in this golf course community.”
Amenities include a pool, tennis court and walking trails. Residents also have the option to join The Bridges Golf Club country club.
