Judge Fite Company agent Cassy Nutt was named to Century 21’s annual The Next21 list, which honors 21 “rising real estate leaders” in the Century 21 network.

Nutt was the only honoree from Texas on the 2025 list, joining 20 other real estate agents from the United States, Canada, the Dominican Republic and Australia.

“These honorees show that our future is in capable, creative and highly-engaged hands,” Mike Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate, said in a press release. “They inspire us, they challenge us and they reflect the bold, client-first future of real estate.”

Nutt began her real estate career in 2017 and now serves as the regional sales manager for Century 21 Judge Fite Company’s Fort Worth office. She and her husband welcomed their daughter in 2025.

“In the midst of life’s biggest transitions, I was able to stay focused, serve others at a high level and exceed my goals,” Nutt told DFW Agent. “This recognition is a reminder that with the right support system, discipline and passion for what you do, growth doesn’t have to slow down during seasons of change. It can accelerate.”
