Whether overseeing single-family, multifamily, entry-level or luxury homes, Ned Cammack has helped clients buy and sell properties throughout his 33 years in real estate. He also has extensive experience handling probate situations.
“I’ve always loved homes and the satisfaction of helping clients find the right property for their lifestyle,” shares Cammack, the top-producing individual agent for Coldwell Banker Realty in Dallas. The Highland Park High School and Southern Methodist University graduate represents clients from the Park Cities to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and beyond.
Cammack’s experience as an assistant comptroller for a large warehouse firm taught him to be detail-oriented, as he handled payroll, accounts receivable and productivity studies. Today, he brings that same mindset to real estate, overseeing one of the most important transactions that his clients will ever make.
“I want to make sure they understand the importance of having an up-to-date lender letter or understand that they may be asked for proof of funds if they are buying,” Cammack explains. “Showing their house is different than how they live in it day to day. I especially want them to know that I am their advocate.”
Cammack’s ability to evaluate a property’s pros and cons, as well as his skill in advising clients on what they can expect during homeownership, never fails to impress others. The majority of his clients come from referrals from past clients, fellow agents and the corporate relocation work he performs for major companies. Such clients know that working with him will always be a pleasant experience. “I’ve been doing this long enough that some of my clients are referring their children to me,” he reports.
When Cammack isn’t busy assisting buyers and sellers with properties, the award-winning agent enjoys playing golf and travelling to new destinations.
