by Emily Marek

Texas Realtors announced this week that Marcus Phipps will serve as the 2023 chairman of the board.

“Representing the Texas Realtors organization and its members is a tremendous honor. I’m proud to put the experience, knowledge, and abilities I have acquired throughout my 26-year career to work as we advance the association’s goals in the coming year,” Phipps said in a press release. “The future is bright for Texas real estate, as Texas Realtors continue to be the voice of private property owners and Texas real estate.”

Phipps serves as the owner of Harlingen Homes, which he’s operated since 2005. His past professional roles include a position as a chairman of the Harlingen Association of Realtors. In addition to his new role with Texas Realtors, Phipps currently serves as a director for the National Association of REALTORS.
