Douglas Elliman Real Estate opened a new office in Dallas. Concho Minick will continue to serve as executive manager of sales for Dallas and Fort Worth while working out of the new office.

Located at 4514 Travis St. in Travis Walk, the 8,274-square-foot space features multiple meeting rooms, open working areas, a kitchen and lounge and a furnished outdoor patio.
