Highland Homes unveiled a new model on a 72-foot lot in Quail Hollow, a boutique community in Rockwall.
Located at 931 Forest Creek Drive, the model showcases Plan 299, a 3,635-square-foot home with a study, entertainment room, extended primary suite and patio.
“This is one of our most beautiful model homes, and the floor plan is a personal favorite of mine,” Amy Jones, senior vice president of sales for Highland Homes in Dallas-Fort Worth. “Homebuyers looking for luxury are going to be very impressed. We hope to inspire and excite visitors when they step inside.”
Highland Homes will offer a total of 12 plans for 72-foot lots in Quail Hollow, ranging from 2,583 to 4,425 square feet with up to six bedrooms. Pricing will start at $670,000.
The builder will also offer 10 floor plans for 62-foot lots, ranging from 2,397 to 3,636 square feet and priced from $590,000, as well as 10 floor plans for 82-foot lots, ranging from 2,930 to 3,979 square feet and priced from $790,000.
