Toll Brothers officially opened Prestwick Grove, a new-home community in Frisco. Sales are underway, with pricing starting in the mid-$900,000s.
The builder is offering six floor plans for 70-foot lots. Designs range from 2,993 to 4,570 square feet with four to six bedrooms, three to six full bathrooms and two- or three-car garages.
“Prestwick Grove offers home shoppers the opportunity to build a highly personalized new-construction home within sought-after Frisco just a few miles from the new PGA headquarters district,” Jay Saunders, division president of Toll Brothers in Dallas-Fort Worth, said in a press release.
Prestwick Grove is zoned to Jackson Elementary, Hays Middle and Rock Hill High schools, all within Prosper Independent School District.
A sales center is open at 300 Williamsburg Place in Prosper.
