Highland Homes and Tellus Group are partnering for a new development in Prosper: Mirabella, a 190-acre residential community. The developers will break ground this summer, with home sales beginning late next year.

Tellus Group is also the developer behind Windsong Ranch, another Prosper community that’s among the top-selling master-planned communities in the country.

“We are excited to partner with a developer of Tellus’ caliber,” Jeff Stinson, senior vice president of land for Highland Homes, said in a press release. “We look forward to collaborating on a vision for this unique property and bringing it to life.”

Mirabella will include approximately 285 homes. The first builder slated to sell in the community is Huntington Homes, the luxury arm of Highland Homes. Pricing has not yet been determined, although Stinson said homes would likely start around $1 million.
