Highland Homes is set to begin sales at Landmark, a Denton master-planned community from developer Hillwood. The builder broke ground on Oct. 23 and plans to open a model in February.

Highland will offer homes on 50-foot lots priced from the high $500,000s. Floor plans range from 2,200 to 3,600 square feet.

“We’re excited about Landmark,” said Vice President of Sales Jason Walker. “Our collaboration with Hillwood spans 25 years, so we know this community will bring robust amenities and a deep connectivity to community — a Hillwood community trademark.”

The 3,200-acre community, located along Robson Ranch Road, will feature over 1,100 acres of green spaces and 900 acres of commercial space, including an H-E-B grocery store. Zoned to Denton Independent School District, Landmark also has space for two new elementary schools and one middle school.
