Homebound acquired lots at Lakeside Village, a mixed-use community in Flower Mound, to construct a collection of homes called The Villas at Lakeside. Pricing in the community, located at 2901 Lakeside Village Blvd., begins at $1.799 million.

Floor plans feature Mediterranean-inspired designs and high-end finishes. Personalization options are available via Homebound’s online building process, which includes real-time pricing updates.

“We are bringing a higher level of quality, clarity and customer advocacy to a market that is ready for a more streamlined building experience,” Texas Regional President Charlie Coleman said in a press release. “The Villas at Lakeside is our first community in Texas and represents everything Homebound stands for as we expand into new communities this year.”

In addition to The Villas at Lakeside, Homebound has acquired 1,065 lots in several other Dallas-area communities, including Swan Lake in Dallas and Park Place and Mosaic in Prosper.
