The 2026 Ellie Awards recognized Dallas-based agent Daniel Arbel as the No. 1 Douglas Elliman agent in Texas by volume and transactions and the No. 3 agent by gross commission income.
Victor Vo ranked No. 2 in the state by volume and transactions and No. 1 by GCI.

Also among the top agents statewide for transactions were Dallas-Fort Worth agents Mabel Banda (No. 4) Shamil Shalwani (No. 7) and JC Carter (No. 8).
By dollar volume, Arbel and Vo were followed by Banda (No. 9), Shalwani (No. 11), Vanessa Renna (No. 15), JC Carter (No. 18), Melissa Mettry (No. 22), Tara Durham (No. 23) and Breah Brown (No. 24).
By GCI, Vo and Arbel were followed by Banda (No. 11), Cortney Bailey (No. 13), Shalwani (No. 15), Adrian Jacobs (No. 17), Carter (No. 19), Renna (No. 20), Brown (No. 22) and Durham (No. 25).
Top-ranking small teams
Among small teams, The Harrison Polsky Team was the top-ranking DFW-area team by transactions and No. 3 in the state. The group was also the No. 2 team in the state by GCI.
By transactions, The Harrison Polsky Team was followed by the Modern Heritage Real Estate Team and City Living Group, which tied at No. 4 in the state, along with the Talyn Provo Team (No. 5) and Hawkins Group (No. 10).
By volume, Hawkins Group was the top small team in the DFW area and No. 6 in the state, followed by Talyn Provo Team (No. 8), Modern Heritage Real Estate Team (No. 9), City Living Group (No. 13) and Don Davis Realty Group (No. 14).
