Zillow announced that 28 more brokerages have signed onto Zillow Preview, bringing the total participant count to nearly 60.

Noteworthy additions include The Keyes Family of Companies, including The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties, as well as 8z Real Estate, DeLex Realty, Nest Realty, Thrive Real Estate Group and ICON Realty Experts.

Zillow said the response in the three weeks since Preview’s launch demonstrates that agents and their clients prefer “broad, public pre-market exposure” over private listing networks.

“Pre-market listings belong in the daylight — giving sellers the broadest possible exposure and giving all buyers access without the requirement to get past a registration wall or work with one particular brokerage,” Errol Samuelson, Zillow’s chief industry development officer, said in a press release. “Our research is clear: The best outcomes for sellers come from the broadest competition among buyers. Zillow Preview delivers just that — early visibility, early demand signals, early momentum — all while providing equal, unfettered access for buyers.”

Samuelson added, “This is what an open and transparent marketplace looks like.”

Also among the new partners is Intege Realty, led by CEO and Broker-Owner Jolene Weinstein, who previously served as a senior vice president with Realty Austin Compass.

“Our clients hire and trust us to maximize, not limit, exposure for their homes,” said Weinstein. “While some in the industry continue to push for reduced visibility for financial gain, we believe that approach harms consumers. At Intege Realty, our fiduciary duty is to the client, not to the opportunity of double-ending deals.”
