Dallas condominium tower Residences at the Stoneleigh is among the first residential communities to earn the VERIFIED Luxury Residences designation from Forbes Travel Guide and ATELIER CX. The VERIFIED designation was previously reserved only for hotels and resorts.
To qualify, the community had to undergo a verification process that analyzed service, operation practices and culture, according to a press release.
“Luxury today is defined not only by beautiful residences and exceptional amenities, but by how people feel every day in the place they call home,” said Herman Elger, CEO of Forbes Travel Guide. “The VERIFIED Luxury Residences designation recognizes communities that have embraced the service philosophy of the world’s finest hotels, creating resident experiences that are thoughtful and consistently exceptional.”
Residences at the Stoneleigh, which is managed by FirstService Residential, is one of just seven residential buildings included in the program’s inaugural class.
“At FirstService Residential, our goal is not simply to manage properties but to create moments that make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents,” said CEO David Diestel. “We are grateful to Forbes Travel Guide and ATELIER CX for collaborating with us to innovate and bring world-class hospitality to residential living. Together, we are bringing the principles of anticipatory service to residential communities, creating experiences that feel personal, intuitive and reflective of each property’s unique character.”
The 22-story Residences at the Stoneleigh building features direct elevator access into homes, room service and amenities like a private dining room, owners’ lounge, gym, steam and dry sauna, heated pool, pet terrace and outdoor fireplaces and grills. The Art Deco-style tower also offers views of downtown Dallas and Turtle Creek.
