Willow Bridge Property Co. opened The Park at Katy Trail, a multifamily community in Dallas’s Turtle Creek neighborhood.
Located at 3255 Carlisle St., the 300-unit project features two buildings with one- and two-bedroom apartments. Rents range from $2,547 to $6,209 per month.
On-site amenities include a pool and spa, tanning shelf, fire pit with lounge seating, fitness center, coworking lounge, micro-offices and conference rooms.
Residents also have access to package lockers, private storage, electric-vehicle charging stations and underground parking.
