Local residential builder Kindred Homes opened Discovery Lakes, an estate community in the Dallas-area suburb of Rockwall.

Available floor plans range from 4,045 square feet to over 4,700 square feet, with four to six bedrooms and up to 5.5 bathrooms. Customization options include four-car garages and flex spaces.

“Discovery Lakes is where personalized living meets an exceptional location,” Division President Todd Miller said in a press release. “Whether building from one of our floorplans or creating a custom home, buyers have the flexibility to design a space that fits their lifestyle, all just minutes from Lake Ray Hubbard and downtown Rockwall.”
