Kindred Homes will build a new-home community in the Glenn Heights master-planned community, Hampton Park. This addition, Hampton Park Estates, will offer homes priced from $619,000.
“Glenn Heights is a fantastic location for families and commuters alike,” Todd Miller, division president of Kindred Homes, said in a press release. “Hampton Park Estates reflects our commitment to creating vibrant, well-planned communities where families can grow, play and thrive.”
A number of floor plans will be available to buyers. Additionally, each homesite will feature sprinkler systems and six-foot wood fencing. Community amenities include a playground, park, basketball court and walking and biking trails.
Hampton Park has an annual HOA fee of $625.
