Rosewood Hotels and Resorts began sales at Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek, a luxury condominium building at 3555 Dickason Ave. in Dallas.
Christy Berry, co-founder of Compass DFW, is leading sales for the property. Prices start at $3 million for two-bedroom residences and $20 million for penthouses.
“Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek will set the bar for luxury living in Dallas,” Berry said in a press release.
On-site amenities include a rooftop garden and pool, outdoor yoga area, grilling stations, a 24-hour gym and The Owners Lounge, a gathering space that hosts member events.
Residents will also have access to Rosewood Reserve, a program that grants benefits at any Rosewood Hotels & Resorts property worldwide.
