InTown Homes debuted Carrol Crest, a 200-home, coastal-inspired community in Carrollton.

Nine single-family homes are currently available for sale. Offerings range from 1,750 to 3,050 square feet with flex spaces and up to five bedrooms.

Coastal-inspired architectural elements include metal roofs, front porches, patios and rear-access garages. Interiors feature smart-home technology and energy-efficient appliances.

“This is not a reinterpretation of what already exists in the region, but rather an entirely new architectural offering for the market,” Denise Palmer, lead sales consultant for the development, said in a press release. “We’re introducing a lifestyle and design language that prioritizes connection, walkability and a strong sense of place while delivering a product that feels transportive and fresh.”
