InTown Homes is building The Brownstones at East Quarter Downtown, a collection of townhomes in Dallas’ East Quarter district.
The project features 28 brownstone-style townhomes, located within walking distance from the Dallas Farmers Market and the historic eastern downtown area.
“In downtown Dallas, most residential inventory has traditionally been concentrated in high-rise buildings,” sales consultant Brit Ewers said in a press release. “Introducing brownstone-style homes here represents a distinct architectural evolution, bringing the scale, rhythm and livability of adjacent urban neighborhoods like Uptown and Bishop Arts into the city’s most central address. It’s a compelling opportunity for buyers who want to be in the heart of the city.”
Offerings range from 2,150 square feet to over 3,300 square feet with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, second-floor patios and fourth-floor terraces. Pricing starts in the $700,000s.
Buyers will be able to select interior finishes including flooring, cabinetry, paint and appliances.
“This community reflects how urban living continues to evolve,” Ewers added. “Buyers are prioritizing flexibility, intentional design and a strong relationship to walkable surroundings. The Brownstones at East Quarter Downtown delivers that balance in a way that feels both thoughtful and forward-looking.”
