Painted Tree now Dallas-Fort Worth’s top-selling MPC

by Emily Marek

Home sales in the Metroplex made up nearly 9% of sales on RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s 2025 Sales Top 50 Master-Planned Communities report, with Painted Tree in McKinney leading the way.

Based on total new-home sales closed last year, the community from Oxland Group ranked No. 15 in the United States, with 643 sales. That figure was up 23% from 2024, making Painted Tree the top-selling DFW-area community and outranking Silverado as the metro’s top-ranked MPC. Silverado, meanwhile, ranked No. 34 — the D.R. Horton community had 446 sales, down 32% year over year.

Other Dallas-Fort Worth MPCs in the top 50 were Eastridge (No. 39) from Green Brick Partners in Princeton, with 427 sales; Elevon (No. 42) from MA Partners in Lavon, with 407 sales; Devonshire (No. 44) from Haynes Development in Forney, with 395 sales; Lakehaven (No. 47) from Green Brick Partners in Farmersville, with 375 sales; and Pecan Square (No. 49) from Hillwood Communities in Northlake, with 367 sales.
