Chicago-based homebuilder William Ryan Homes will open models in four Dallas-area communities: West Crossing in Anna, Creekside in Royse City, Preserve at Pecan Creek in Denton and Devonshire in Forney.

The builder will construct on approximately 450 lots across the four communities. Home prices will range from $330,000 to $650,000.

“We are seeing a lot of demand for homes in our price range,” said Scott Dettmer, manager of Williams Ryan Homes’ Dallas-Fort Worth division. “Although buyers are still cautious right now, they are still actively looking to move and offsetting some of the interest rate changes by tapping into the equity they have in their existing homes for down payments.”

Committed to energy efficiency, William Ryan Homes will include several features in their new builds in an effort to reduce energy costs, including spray foam insulation, 2×6-inch walls, natural gas heat and tankless water heaters.

Additionally, William Ryan Homes will offer $20,000 in flex cash to all buyers this November, which can be used towards closing costs or design center customizations.
