Leasing and resident move-ins are underway at Alta River Park, a new apartment community from Wood Partners along Clear Fork Trinity River on the west side of Fort Worth.

Offerings at the multifamily development include 365 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with tall ceilings, large windows, kitchen islands, stainless-steel appliances and in-unit washers and dryers. Certain units feature patios, balconies, backyards and garages.

Community amenities include a pool, fire pit and grilling stations, pickleball court, sky lounge, resident clubhouse, fitness center, bike shop and dog park with a pet wash station.

“Alta River Park combines luxury apartment living with an authentic riverfront lifestyle,” Ryan Miller, managing director for Wood Partners’ DFW office, said a press release. “Whether it’s a game of pickleball, a jog along the Fort Worth Trinity River trail system or drinks in the sky lounge, we set out to create homes and gathering spaces that feel upscale yet inviting.”
