DeAnne Fite Crowther is now a district sales manager for Century 21 Judge Fite Company.

In her new leadership role, the Fite family member will focus on professional development, including creating opportunities for agents.

“My family’s legacy at Century 21 Judge Fite Company has always been about more than real estate. It’s about serving others, building lasting relationships and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives,” Crowther said in a press release. “I’m humbled and grateful for the opportunity to serve in this new role and help lead the brokerage into the next chapter … Carrying forward my family’s legacy is an honor, but extending it through servant leadership and the growth of others is what makes this opportunity so meaningful to me.”

Crowther previously served as a regional sales manager for the brokerage in Midlothian. Her leadership philosophy prioritizes meaningful relationships and helping people reach their full potential.
