Texas REALTORS® has announced a new chairman of the board: Jef Conn of Coldwell Banker Commercial in Lubbock. A strong believer in continued professional development, Conn works closely with the Texas REALTORS® Young Professional Network to share his real estate knowledge.

Conn has been a Realtor since 2007 and specializes in both industrial and investment properties. Since entering the industry, he’s volunteered with associations at the local, state and national levels and served as president of the Lubbock Association of REALTORS® in 2017. In 2016, he received the Texas REALTORS® William C. Jennings Commercial Transaction of the Year Award.

“It is an honor to represent Texas REALTORS® and its members in 2024, and I am grateful for the opportunity to bring my knowledge and experiences to the organization,” Conn said in a press release. “I look forward to working side by side with Realtors statewide as we continue to advocate for our priorities, private property rights and housing affordability for all Texans.”

Conn will lead the 150,000-member organization along with Chairman-Elect Christy Gessler, Secretary/Treasurer Jennifer Wauhob, President and CEO Travis Kessler and Immediate Past Chairman Marcus Phipps.
