Katherine Tu was born and raised in Vietnam and emigrated to America at age 17. Today, she is a proud broker associate with Kimberly Adams Realty and the founder of The Nicholas Group. She is also involved with property management.

Tu enjoys guiding clients through the homebuying process, particularly first-time buyers; she loves witnessing their sheer joy upon stepping into their dream homes. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new cultures and trying new foods. She also has a passion for fashion that’s evident in her award-winning wardrobe.
