Home sales are underway at West Square, Lennar’s new master-planned community in Fort Worth.
The homebuilder is offering single-family floor plans with three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Brick, stone and siding exteriors are available. Pricing begins in the mid-$300,000s.
“West Square brings Fort Worth homebuyers more homeownership opportunities with quality homes at attainable pricepoints,” Greg Mayberry, division president of Lennar Dallas-Fort Worth, said in a press release.
Neighborhood amenities include a pool and community center.
