The Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® inducted its 2026 board of directors, led by President Shawn Buck of United Real Estate DFW Properties. The team was installed at a ceremony on Dec. 18.

“As we begin a new chapter, I’m proud to lead an organization that isn’t afraid to innovate and evolve,” Buck said. “The talent and passion of our board and members puts us in a position to make significant progress for homeowners in the year ahead.”
A GFWAR board member since 2017, Buck is a graduate of Texas Tech University and served four years in the United States Air Force, doing tours in Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Africa, as well as international hurricane rescue missions.
Joining Buck on the leadership team are Vice President and President-Elect Thaddius Watson of We Sell Texas, Secretary and Treasurer Kim Gartner of Roots Real Estate and Immediate Past President Paul Epperley of Hallowed Homes.
