Kindred Homes officially opened home sales on 11 half-acre homesites at The Vines, its new-home community in Haslet.
The builder is offering eight fully customizable floor plans ranging from 3,580 to 3,640 square feet with four to five bedrooms and three to four bathrooms. Pricing starts at $1.075 million.
“We’re proud to bring a new luxury custom home community to Haslet,” Todd Miller, division president of Kindred Homes, said in a press release. “From the generous homesites to the elegant custom designs, this community offers a level of space and quality that’s increasingly rare in the DFW market.”
Planned community amenities include a playground, ponds and nature trails.

The Vines is zoned to Northwest Independent School District. A model home and sales office are located at 629 Verona Drive.
