Toll Brothers announced the opening of Dixon Estates, a luxury new-home community in Flower Mound. A sales center is open at 1101 Buckingham Place in Copper Canyon.

The community consists of single-family homes with four to five bedrooms and three to five bathrooms, priced from $1.2 million. Buyers are welcome to browse personalization options at the Toll Brothers Design Studio.

“The boutique community of Dixon Estates offers the best in luxury living with sophisticated home designs, spacious home sites and an ideal location,” Jay Saunders, division president of Toll Brothers in Dallas-Fort Worth, said in a press release. “Homebuyers will appreciate the prestigious Flower Mound schools and the exceptional access to nearby shopping, dining and entertainment.”

Dixon Estates is zoned to the Lewisville Independent School District. Students living in the community will attend Prairie Trail Elementary, Lamar Middle School and Marcus High School.
