Eileen Andersen has joined The Federal Savings Bank as regional senior vice president. She’s worked in the mortgage industry since 1996 and, most recently, served as vice president of market growth at New American Funding.

When Andersen began her career, she specialized in wholesale lending and correspondent lending. Over the years, however, she broadened her scope to include construction lending and warehouse lending. With strong foundation in each of these areas, Andersen has spent the last decade focusing on retail growth and expansion.

In her new role at The Federal Savings Bank, she will team up with Robert Jones to grow business on the East Coast. She’ll also be originating and, at some point, building her own team. “[There is] so much opportunity here at The Federal Savings Bank to be successful,” Andersen said.
