The JP Findley Group is now affiliated with Compass in Dallas. The team, led by JP Findley, was previously associated with Rogers Healy and Associates.

The JP Findley Group was recognized as RealTrends’ top small team in Dallas by transaction volume in 2024, when they accomplished over $62 million in sales.
