Site work is underway at Toll Brothers at Ridge Pointe Estates, the newest community from Toll Brothers.

The community, located at 205 and W. FM Road 550 in McLendon-Chisholm, will include one- and two-story homes ranging from 3,618 to over 5,436 square feet. Available exterior design styles include Hill Country, classic, transitional, Mediterranean, High Plains, chateau and farmhouse.

Sales are expected to begin this fall. Pricing will begin around $1 million.

Ridge Pointe Estates is zoned to Rockwall Independent School District.
