Toll Brothers opened a new-home community at the Ridge Pointe Estates master plan in McLendon-Chisholm.
The community, called Toll Brothers at Ridge Pointe Estates, includes one- and two-story homes ranging from 3,221 to over 5,4000 square feet. Pricing begins in the upper-$800,000s. A sales center is open at 109 Sweet Tea Road.

Ridge Pointe Estates is zoned to Rockwall Independent School District.
