Toll Brothers will construct a new single-family community called Town Lake at Flower Mound.
Located in Flower Mound, the community will feature lots ranging from half an acre to over 1.1 acres. Floor plans range from 2,782 to over 6,000 square feet with four to five bedrooms, 4.5 to six bathrooms and three- to four-car garages. Architectural style options include classic, Hill Country, modern farmhouse and transitional.

Sales are expected to begin next spring, with prices starting at $1.7 million.
